Briefly, about me.
I like to say I came into the world kicking and screaming and that's probably how I’d like to go out. But being honest, I have had a generally peaceful life, with occasional nicks and bumps to even out the score with the good days, but I have been and am happy. Artistically, I have changed how I perceive myself and the world. Initially, I worked on subjects outside myself and others, such as buildings, trees, birds, etc. Being afraid to confront not only others to photograph them, but to confront my inhibitions about my ability to create and the value of that which I do create. Finally taking the leap despite major influences from my life, I moved to art and fell deeper in love with photography, leading me to where I am today.
